Meet Our CEO

Hi there! My name is Karen Frazer, and I’m the founder of Enrich Virtual Solutions. I’m a healthcare professional who has been working in the industry for ten years. Born in Honduras, I migrated to the USA with my mother and sisters when I was six years old.

 

Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in different healthcare specialties, including radiology, primary care, ob-gyn, podiatry, and mental health. However, what I found most fulfilling was caring for the geriatric population. I enjoyed helping them with their daily needs while making a positive impact on their lives. This made me realize that I can support patients and healthcare professionals with the experience and knowledge I have gained.

 

In 2021, I founded Enrich Virtual Solutions after being furloughed from my corporate job. The experience taught me the importance of financial stability and the need to diversify income streams. To me, life is about finding a balance between work and play, and I’m grateful to be able to do both. As a virtual assistant, I’m passionate about helping business owners achieve work-life balance while growing and thriving in their industries.

 

Beyond my work, I have a deep love for family and friends. I have two nieces and two nephews who mean the world to me. When I’m not busy working on my client’s businesses, you’ll find me traveling, watching home decor shows, trying different foods, and catching Broadway shows.
